Network Conflicts

Can anyone explained to me what network conflicts are? I sometimes get these when I rerun the network installation

Network Conflicts are usually caused by 2 things:

a) Multiple units sharing the same unit address.
b) Poor network comms.

Check out these two things and see what you find.
