I recently downloaded a new configuration to my C-Touch unit and when the unit restarted, the text on all screens, including the Clipsal ones at the start, is unreadable.
I thought the firmware may have been corrupted, so I reinstalled it (V1.9), but to no avail.
I don't know whether the problem is hardware, software or what, but I would appreciate any advice available.
